I'm sorry this place is unprofessionally old Lady was very rude I asked if she could give me bags for combos she said she had a charge me OK that's fine but her being rude is not right and if she's not happy at her job she should not work there if she can't Work with customers.

There is only one good thing about this place and that's the root beer. The burgers suck the chicken sucks the sauces for the chicken suck. They haven't opened up the inside since Covid 2 years ago now and now are moving out of state and have split hours for the drive through which is the only thing open cause like I said the inside hasn't been reopened since Covid. They charge an extra $1.00 if you don't want ice so you get a tiny bit more root beer with out the ice. Gonna miss the root beer but really glad they are moving cause there customer service sucks so bad.

The understaffing, high wages is getting in the way of me getting good fast food. This is the only A&W I know coming back to LA. The burgers and the root beer floats are fantastic.

Some of the best Rootbeer in the North County, or should I say, THE BEST rootbeer in North County. However, if you were looking to buy a burger with a reasonable amount of meat, I would recommend buying a double due to the lack of a substantial amount of meat in the sandwiches. On the other hand, their root beer floats are a great treat all season long.

Absolutely DISGUSTING!!! I went there for lunch and the food was cold & it took forever & NO ONE was there!!! Also my burger was raw!! I almost puked in my mouth!! ?? If I could give ZERO stars I would!!! ?

Twice this place was closed. They mislead people by having open signs on the restaurant yet the store is closed when you pull into the parking lot. Don't waste your time and go somewhere else.

My beautiful step daughter Natalia works there and she makes some of the best shakes I've ever tasted I'm so proud of her you just don't realize how proud he is of you baby y'all go through there and check it out

The services overwhelmingly accurate. Let alone the people are very kind and it brings back memories of the past as a kid eating at A&w drive up. When they came to your car window and hung your food on the window glass of your vehicle. Daren and Dot are some of the most kindest people you will ever meet. Always helping the community. And are very well known for their kindness. A great place to eat at an affordable price. And of course there root beer is just off the hook. With their own original old school recipe. The shrimp basket and chicken sandwiches are my favorite. And of course the ice cream. Check their covert lunch time hours. This is a great place to eat.

The place looks like a dump. The place really needs a cosmetic refreshment. When I arrived, the front door to enter the dining room is locked. I guess it's only drive-thru, but there is no sign on the door telling you what's going on. The door is just plain old locked and the employer from behind the counter just looks at you without any kind of concern about you being at the door. Pretty sad that this is all American food and has come to this kind of experience.

I was disappointed in the food and the neglect of the property. I understand that there is an employee shortage but come on! Whoever took my order was extremely rude. Once I pulled up, the lady who handed me my food was excellent. I ordered the chicken sliders with a Sprite. Well, guess what?! The Sprite was just soda water. Doesn't it make noise when syrup runs out? Anyway, the chicken tasted old and dry. Wasn't assembled with care. The fries were dumped upside down. I picked this place of McDonald's and In and Out which was down the street. Mainly because I felt bad they had no line.
