I just went to the bakery for the first time and have been wanting to go for a long time. I was excited to go, but disappointed with the young man that worked there this morning. 11-16-25. He didn’t seem like he wanted to be there and hurried me along. No smile at all until it was time for me to pay and leave a tip. That is when he actually smiled and became friendly all of a sudden. 🙄As soon as he was done he went right to his phone over the display case. Once I have a bad first impression I will no longer go back. What a disappointment. The young lady working there that morning was total opposite. Very friendly and always smiling.

The food is great. I've never been disappointed. A 4-star for the number of patrons they can accommodate isn't much but improved since adding bar stools. I've been coming for years and there have only been 3 tables max, but you can sit outside and the table turnover is fairly quick.. * side note* The hotel is doing some renovations, so the kitchen isn't offering hot food items. They can warm up a muffin/roll, etc, but eggs, bacon cheese related items are not being offered at the moment.

It’s really hard to find a Muffaletta sandwich at all in our area so we were really excited to try this. It did not disappoint and we enjoyed it immensely. I can’t wait to go back and try out some of the other items on the menu. Friendly staff, nice location and a cute shop.

The ambiance is cozy and warm. The staff is friendly. The metal chairs have cushions, which we appreciate. The pasties are presented well. The food is inexpensive, and portions are good.

Nice place to stop and buy some croissants and other goodies. The slo outlet is closed on Sundays, so this is close enough to drive up and get a wider assortment of items such as the croissant sandwichs and cafe.
This is so much better than a doughnut shop if one has cravings for really good almond or chocolate, or both, croissants!
The breads are good too, but the French pastries take the cake :)
