The layout is a bit confusing since I'm not used to drive through and walk ups, but got it figured out. The staff was friendly and directed me to the walk up window. Nice that they have a couple seats out front. Nice menu, will have to come back for the pumpkin chai next time. Ordered the mexican mocha and it was really good. A nice change from just a super sweet mocha, has a lot of nice fall spice to it. Service was fast and friendly. I'll make sure to use the drive through on occasion since we drive this route often.

Look, I don't even want to give this 5 star review becuase I know it will just make my short wait for the best coffee in the county that much longer.
The staff is nice, the owner is sweet, and it's the best coffee at a reasonable price.
My only nitpick is the lack of an apple pay or Google pay option.
Their iced white chocolate mocha and iced dirty vanilla chai are our favorites!
Oh did I mention they give dog treats out? Yea, these girls rock!

Came here to get drink and a sandwhich, the woman taking my order was beyond disrespectful. I asked her if she took tap to pay and instead of giving me an answer she rolled her eyes and said "id prefer not to" i don't know what kind of an answer she thought that was but after asking her again she was like "okay give me the phone then" after I had paid I watched her throw away the receipt which made me a little suspicious as to why she did that so I asked her for a receipt and she just handed me a receipt with just the total not an itemized receipt. The food and drinks were below average and took around 20 minutes to receive. You would think that somewhere that is only a drive thru would hand out food and drinks rather quickly. The prices were not worth it for the sad sandwhich and drink I got, would've been better off going to Starbucks. Atleast there an order for one wouldn't be $20

Updating my review to add that the breakfast burritos are amazing. I've switched my drink of choice to the latte. Whatever roast they use is delicious and you taste the bean and not just milk. Still a great choice for good coffee and a hearty burrito.

So I have been to this place a couple times over the course over the last few years. I thought the convenience of a drive thru was great. However, each time I've gotten a breakfast burrito and each time the amount of pepper in that burrito has been excessive to say the least. Like, so much pepper it is extremely over powering and I can't take more than a couple bites. So whoever is cooking should really lighten up on the pepper. Also, the burrito is always cold! They never warm it up nearly enough. It's apparent they like it, but most people do not. The coffee has not tasted good either. I ask what drink is their best seller, they recommend the Mexican hot chocolate. It tastes like chalk. Terrible. And the last time I was there, I requested a piece of coffee cake. I was told they were out. I was looking at a piece that they keep on their display table. I pointed to it and said there's a piece right there. She said we're all out. I said there's a piece right there, pointing again. Can you sell it??? She repeats they're all out. I said ok but I'm looking right at a piece, can you sell it or not??? She repeats that they are out. Never answering if they can sell the display piece or not. She probably wanted it for herself. If they were all out and not selling the display piece, you think they would remove it so customers knew they were all out?? So overall their customer service just sucks. I've tried to give this place a chance but they consistently disappoint. Malibu Coffee is much better. Joe Bella is way better. Hell, even the Starbucks franchises are far superior. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They need to totally redo the menu, get a new cook, and give the staff a training on how to be pleasant and act accordingly in customer service. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Definitely recommend the mango Boba (with mango pearls)! Actually, I've tried all of their Boba flavors & enjoyed them all. Friendly staff, prompt service. My 12 year old is obsessed with Brew It! She would get a Boba here every day if she could. :)
