So I have been to this place a couple times over the course over the last few years. I thought the convenience of a drive thru was great. However, each time I've gotten a breakfast burrito and each time the amount of pepper in that burrito has been excessive to say the least. Like, so much pepper it is extremely over powering and I can't take more than a couple bites. So whoever is cooking should really lighten up on the pepper. Also, the burrito is always cold! They never warm it up nearly enough. It's apparent they like it, but most people do not. The coffee has not tasted good either. I ask what drink is their best seller, they recommend the Mexican hot chocolate. It tastes like chalk. Terrible. And the last time I was there, I requested a piece of coffee cake. I was told they were out. I was looking at a piece that they keep on their display table. I pointed to it and said there's a piece right there. She said we're all out. I said there's a piece right there, pointing again. Can you sell it??? She repeats they're all out. I said ok but I'm looking right at a piece, can you sell it or not??? She repeats that they are out. Never answering if they can sell the display piece or not. She probably wanted it for herself. If they were all out and not selling the display piece, you think they would remove it so customers knew they were all out?? So overall their customer service just sucks. I've tried to give this place a chance but they consistently disappoint. Malibu Coffee is much better. Joe Bella is way better. Hell, even the Starbucks franchises are far superior. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They need to totally redo the menu, get a new cook, and give the staff a training on how to be pleasant and act accordingly in customer service. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Definitely recommend the mango Boba (with mango pearls)! Actually, I've tried all of their Boba flavors & enjoyed them all. Friendly staff, prompt service. My 12 year old is obsessed with Brew It! She would get a Boba here every day if she could. :)

I absolutely love there blended mocha's there to die for I also love their jalapeno bagel with cream cheese and their oatmeals their breakfast burrito was good and the girls there are always friendly and make you feel welcomed

Ordered three sandwiches total two of them were the same and one was differentThe whole bill came to 30 plus bucks which was a little bit on the high side for a sandwich granted a tuna melt and a BLT and a tuna melt That's high for $30 PlusNothing special about the tuna melt at all actually kind of blandNow the best part of the BLTThey forgot to make the sandwich while we were waiting at the second window now when we got the sandwich the bread was burnt on the inside now how do you burn a piece of bread unless you are not watching it or having it on a timer or the toaster's brokenI don't like their drive-thru because it is incredibly tight turning and my vehicle does not have the best turning radiusStopped here one time before this experience and got a bagel and cream cheese and it was perfectly fine everything went perfect
I had the best experience for a drive thru coffee stop! I needed a little pick-me-up and chose the iced Hibiscus tea without sugar. ( I'm weaning myself off sugar...or trying). I loved it and it's low calorie. I drank a 20 oz easily. Frank enjoyed a Red Bull Red. He said it tasted good and gave him energy. Frank was also a little hungry and woofed down a sausage egg burrito. He didn't save me a bite. Sierra took our order. She has a great smile, super friendly and gave us good suggestions.This place is one of a kind, worth the tip I left and looking forward to stopping by again. Yummy

Have experienced simply too many surprisingly out-of-nowhere rude encounters with both owner and staff to make it worth our while to continue giving them our business. Note their reviews section is densely populated with one-to-two-star experiences. This doesn't happen by accident; the owner and staff culture she's created are the common denominator. Have rarely posted so negative a review, but after having given them opportunity, after opportunity, after opportunity to do even just a little better, had to call them out.

Coffee is good and consistent. You go to some shops and the flavor of the coffee drink taste different depending on who is making it. Here no matter who is making it the coffee drinks taste the same no matter who is making them. Highly recommended this locally owned coffee shop over the change shops.

I will not be coming back. This shop is not dog friendly. I paid for whipped cream on the side. I was told that they would not let me buy whipped cream for my dog again.There are many other coffee shops in the area that will let me buy a treat for my pup.Very disappointed
