Just had Brian's Bread for the first time at Vista Restaurant and my life has been forever changed! Lol Seriously though, it's THE BEST I'VE EVER HAD!!! And I grew up eating and thinking my local bakery at home was the best. We will be ordering from Brian's Artisan Bread Company!

Crumbles like dirt. Doesn't taste good. Probably the poorest quality flour.

been a sourdough lover for 50 yr. Tried then all from France to Alaska. Nothing, repeat Nothing I have ever had, EVER, come close to this in flavor, texture and crust. I drive 450 miles several times a year and load up. Even after freezing for many months it still blows me away.... BRIANS BREAD is exceptional

I just want to know where I can buy the dinner rolls. True Earth in Cambria sold them years ago but no longer do.

Bought some I'm Solvang. Best bread I've ever had.

They produce an excellent sourdough bread I just wished that they made a sliced sandwich loaf with uniform slices.

Great Sourdough! I have been buying Brian's Sourdough for years now (from restaurants in Morro Bay and Paso) and didn't even know that it came from here! The crust on the exterior is soft. It is a lot like a French bread, really. But the sourdough yeast starter they use is fantastic. It could be more 'sour' for my liking, but I can tell you that I have been trying to perfect sourdough from a 100 year old Sourdough starter which I obtained from San Francisco a dozen years ago, and I am still working on getting it this good. Brian's bread is a winner.

Brian’s rosemary sourdough is just great. Originally from the SF Bay Area and Missing hard crust sourdough Brian’s is just the next best!

The absolute best quality and tasting sourdough bread I’ve ever had. Fresh and soft texture inside with a great crust. The sourdough flavor is amazing.

I don't know how they stay in buisiness when nobody returns your phone calls to place order. Ihave called every day for 3 days we needed bread for an event. But couldn't get anybody to answer a phone or even call back.

The bread is nice and soft! Tastiest bread ever! They sold it at the Albertsons in Santa Maria, so I do not have to travel far!
