This is my second time visiting the coffee house and I explored the outdoor patio. Make sure you walk all the way to the back because there's a bunch of seating. - I am obsessed with the vegan and gluten-free raspberry oat bar. Not only is it delicious, but it's a really good sized pastry. - I also got the veggie breakfast burrito and it was below my expectations considering taste. There was a brown sauce that was used in the burrito that I didn't care for. I asked for avocado, but I couldn't taste it in the burrito. I was, however, grateful that they did not include mushrooms as I requested. as always, the service was speedy and polite.

I had the Easy English for breakfast. All the ingredients were fresh. The only thing I would change is the egg was cooked a little longer than I expected, but next time I'll tell them how I want it. Other than that, great experience.

The absolute best and completely hidden aspect of Bru Coffeehouse is their back patio, which is exceptional. From the outside, you would think this is just a small little coffee shop tucked in between other buildings but if you go in and walk through to the back, you will find a beautiful, serene back patio area with ample seating and a large fountain. I had been here a few times and never knew this existed until a local told me about it! Located in downtown Atascadero, there's also plenty of street parking outside! Their coffee is delicious, and they have lots of pastries! I absolutely loved their bagel breakfast sandwich - so, so yummy! People also rave about their breakfast burritos so I'll be trying that the next time I visit. The service is always friendly and welcoming, which is extra nice! Highly, highly recommend Bru Coffeehouse!

Always great coffee and home made, gluten free pastries! Wi-Fi is strong, and it's a nice break to catch-up in the middle of the day.Dietary restrictions: Excellent gluten free pastries!

Quick pit stop while charging our car a couple blocks down. Cold brew and wraps were good, staff very friendly. The space has quite a few tables with many people independently working.

We first came here 4 years ago, before moving. Originally from LA. I recommend this spot for a yummy breakfast and high quality coffee. I'm not a fan of the bucks, as I prefer small mom and pop shops. The service has always been friendly and quick. The ambience is chic and styled for the modern coffee drinker. Great spot to read a book, have a meeting, or hang out with a friend

Great coffee spot with a nice food menu and casual seating. Customer service is top notch with a proactive team to optimize your experience. A new favorite spot in Atascadero.

Stopped in on our way to Monterey and we were so impressed with the quality of food and coffee! Both got the breakfast wraps (burritos, essentially) and we could see a guy actually scrambling eggs in the kitchen, which is always reassuring. They were so tasty! The coffee is good quality too!

I went here because I needed a smoothie. I tried the quiche as well and loved it! The first time I went, my latte was good. Yesterday... not as good. Must have been a different barista. I highly recommend this shop though. I go each time I'm in town! I ordered the green smoothie. I recommend subbing the apple juice for almond milk. IF you want it less sweet.

Really nice people good baked goods. I can’t drink coffee anymore but they have great alternatives.

Came here with a big group of friends (about 13 of us) and was very happy with the experience. The cashier and barista were both super friendly despite being bombarded by at least 10 of our orders. I got an iced vanilla latte and it was great, I feel like the pricing was totally fair. The front inside was a little small but had ample seating and amazing natural lighting. I happily recommend to anyone wanting to grab a latte to sip while shopping in the antique stores and thrift shops along the street.
