People want to make 20$ an hour but can’t fill or make a simple food order correctly. Worst service and even worse food I’ve ever had at a carls restaurant EVER anywhere. We threw away our food and are hungry because it was that BAD

Pretty good burgers but I tried to order from the application and i would try to add an item to the cart and the application would just time out..... I tried several times to create a new order but the same thing kept happening.... Eventually I had to just go into the store and order in person but to that is inconvenient and would have been nice to just walk in or drive through and have it be ready to go.......

I didn't even try the food because the employee who I finally found to serve me was rude and apathetic. The dining room was empty and no one was behind the counter so I have to go around to the drive-thru. This was around 5:15 p.m. on a Wednesday

The food is good like going there but the lady cashier at drive thru is always rude every time I go I order from the app and she said there nothing to automatic call company and complain I said that fine can I order breakfast and she said no breakfast is over it was 10 and shut the window

Don’t come here if you’re on a time crunch. Then the poor lady in front of me needed to ask for something and she just gave up. I had to wave someone down so I could pay and get my food.

Service is good depending on the day you go. Make sure to check your bag if you go through the drive thru. They will charge you for crosscut fries and give you regular fries or give you wrong size items when you paid for larger items. They almost never give you a receipt.

And whenever they accidentally cook too much food, they will offer it to you for free when you eat inside... This has happened several times while eating here.

They messed up our order through drive through and once we got back off freeway and talked to person, he was giving us a hard time. He said it was bc of the manager. I asked to speak to them and they wouldn't come out. After 5 minutes he Finally gave it to me. I will NEVER go back there!!!! To spend $33 and not get what I pay for and then be harassed! RIDICULOUS. It was the manager, not the worker.
