Yes, yet another five star review. We had such a great time here. The owners were great and enthusiastic about their passion project. The cocktails were delicious. Inside is cozy but outside was pleasant. Not everything on the menu is for everyone- but it's varied enough that everyone leave with a smile.

This place is a locals paradise - absolutely the most unassuming haven for locals and tourists alike. The owners, Anna and Eric, greeted us with a smile and warm welcome! They are such lovely, wonderful humans! We visited during a downtown sip and shop event so downtown Atascadero was packed. There were groups of people walking around, drinks in hand, wandering from shop to shop. We stopped in and sat at the bar where they have a variety of their liquors displayed beautifully. They also had a wonderful live band playing inside which was such a treat! We tasted the blue agave and ordered the jungle bird, a beautifully orange colored drink that makes you feel like you are sipping an amazing tropical drink sitting on the beach. The drinks are so so good! They also have a smaller food menu including things like steak, fries, charcuterie board, etc. The inside is rather small and super cozy for intimate gatherings and conversations. They also have an outdoor patio seating area. This truly is one of the best spots in SLO County! Thanks, Eric and Anna!

During the recent holiday 'Sip and Shop' event in downtown Atascadero, my husband and I decided to start off with a cocktail from here. Admittedly we had tried to come here before, but they weren't open (and have more limited hours than other businesses in the area). They are mostly open Thursdays to Saturdays. They apparently also have a kitchen and can serve a small menu of dishes (though just covering their drinks in this review). We were greeted by friendly wait staff who ushered us to an indoor table (though be aware they also have quite a bit of outdoor options, which is good given their more limited indoor seating). I had their version of a Cosmopolitan while my husband had his standard Old Fashioned. Not only was my drink delicious, but it was decorative---a great combo in a craft cocktail. My husband really enjoyed the flavor in his cocktail too. We loved hearing about how they go about preparing their spirits too. I think the smaller indoor area helped to create a cozy and warm ambiance. I would love to bring some of my girlfriends back here to share this new treasure with them also.

Drew is so friendly and sweet. Anna came out and introduced herself to us, she is the owners wife. She is also so very sweet. Small distillery and worth visiting. The strawberry fields drink and the cheescake was so good. Love this little place ❤️

We stopped in yesterday and found a delicious distillery hidden in Atascadero. The proprietor, Eric Olsen led us thru an interesting journey of craft spirits, military service, and hospitality! He takes a culinary approach to the making spirits sourcing through local farmers, ranchers and local fauna. While telling us a story, he took some fresh lavender rescued from his car an prepared a cocktail for the guests next to us! We took home the bottle of Rum aged in Bourbon barrels and made a cocktail called "Anne Bonny" named after the Irish Female Pirate, terror of the Caribbean; as we watched the sunset for the day.

Enjoyed an afternoon tasting their spirits and listening about how the alcohol is distilled and what makes a great drink

Amazing place! Truly unique cocktails and amazing spirits to sip and savor. Excellent food. Cool ambience. Situated in a charming little courtyard with a wine bar and a small sushi restaurant. It was our first time at CC Distillery— definitely check this place out!

Very small venue with a personal and convivial atmosphere. Food was lovingly prepared. Drinks were....epic. The owner/chef/stillmaster literally smiled all evening long. Seriously I watched him making a salad and he was just grinning like he was telling a story or hearing a joke. This guy is the real deal, and he loves what he does. Wait staff was adorable. Just go. Go now. Drive to Atascadero and make Central Coast Distillery the reason you go there.

If you can get a reservation for a specialty tour …Do It! We just did a foraging tour and enjoyed every minute of it!!

The wife and I stopped by here on a weekend trip to Paso and were so glad we did. The drinks were great, but the real magic is in the making. The work that goes into making the spirits, the time taken to forage and distill make something beyond your usual store shelf alcohol. Coupled with the charm of Eric and his wife; the care they put into this place make all the difference. From sustainable utensils, to the way the others who work there talk about it, theres a great feel to the place.
