We came in based on Scott Pierce's Facebook post, and what a great recommendation! We had the baby back ribs plate as well as the tri-tip plate and omg, it's the best bbq we've ever had. Chef Guy uses Prime grade tri-tip (not Choice like you get in the grocery store) and it totally melts in your mouth. Plus the seasonings he uses are incredible! The ribs were succulent and tasty, the beans were spectacular and I loved the simplicity of the finely grated coleslaw....
