i don’t understand what it is about this chipotle. Im not allergic to anything yet me, my mother, and my boyfriend puke after eating this place.

One of the female employees, I believe her name starts with a M, I saw her spit in my food right infront of me as she was making my bowl...i was completely shocked and overall confused...will be returning. 10/10 service (Spit tasted like Subway which gave my bowl some extra zest)

The employees looked like they hate their job, especially the girl with the dramatic eyelashes who took my order. Her attitude was horrible. They were standing around when I got there. They needed fresh rice, grilled veggies and to clean the area around the food and make it look presentable. The grill needed cleaning as well. I don't say this so the managers could reprimand them. Im hoping the management find ways to boost their morale and improve the customer service. For now, I will not go back.

The red chimi churry sauce is way to salty. The chips were stale. The I ordered the burrito bowl with asada. Not much flavor. Disappointed.
Unfortunately, the Atascadero Chipotle sucks. The food was horrible. The Carne asada was too salty and chopped into huge pieces. The chips were stale and they had no lime flavor at all. When I asked for another bag of chips I got a strange look and they said they make them fresh daily. Sorry but that is a lie. My fiance and I only ate half before our stomachs started hurting. We paid $58.16 for 2 bowls with extra meat. The portions were so small. One of the employees went on break to his car to vape and when he came back in he never washed his hands. This place is disgusting. I recommend San Luis Obispo Chipotle instead. The atmosphere is better. They don't play such Loud music where you can't carry on a conversation. The food is fresh and you get great portions for your money. We will never come back to this Chipotle again

I went here in the afternoon and was very disappointed. My order was correct and everything but the chicken was kinda hard and didn’t have seasonings, the rice was also very bland it didn’t taste like lime at all as it usually does. I also ordered a side of chips and they were very stale. After I ate I went to use the restroom and there was a puddle of pee on the floor and on the toilet seat. Bathroom was gross. And zero toilet paper it looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned in days.
Your either gonna have a really nice experience here or one of the most unpleasant experiences depending on who is working, it’s a roll of the dice
