Unfortunately, the Atascadero Chipotle sucks. The food was horrible. The Carne asada was too salty and chopped into huge pieces. The chips were stale and they had no lime flavor at all. When I asked for another bag of chips I got a strange look and they said they make them fresh daily. Sorry but that is a lie. My fiance and I only ate half before our stomachs started hurting. We paid $58.16 for 2 bowls with extra meat. The portions were so small. One of the employees went on break to his car to vape and when he came back in he never washed his hands. This place is disgusting. I recommend San Luis Obispo Chipotle instead. The atmosphere is better. They don't play such Loud music where you can't carry on a conversation. The food is fresh and you get great portions for your money. We will never come back to this Chipotle again

I went here in the afternoon and was very disappointed. My order was correct and everything but the chicken was kinda hard and didn’t have seasonings, the rice was also very bland it didn’t taste like lime at all as it usually does. I also ordered a side of chips and they were very stale. After I ate I went to use the restroom and there was a puddle of pee on the floor and on the toilet seat. Bathroom was gross. And zero toilet paper it looked as though it hadn’t been cleaned in days.

I was a little nervous to try it because I saw some bad reviews of this Chipotle location based on issues with them being out of menu items and getting orders wrong. But we just went there for the first time and I gotta say, everything was great. They got our orders right and the food was good and plentiful. Either we got lucky or some improvements have been made, I hope it's the latter. I had seen some reviews mentioning they were stingy with toppings but we had no issues, they gave us plenty of guac on our burrito bowls too. We'll be back and hopefully we'll have a good experience next time too!

I absolutely love Chipotle, but this is the worst Chipotle location that I have been to routinely. I keep giving it chances, maybe because I live in town, but I am officially done going here. They have forgotten my chips four times during pickup/delivery orders. Their burritos are always terrible and have very little meat. Today, my burrito was ICE cold and made up of 50% sauce. It was like soup and so disgusting it was inedible. It was supposed to be a barbacoa burrito but I found maybe one piece of meat. The rest was beans, rice and cheese. The staff is made up of mostly clueless teenagers who appear to give zero f**** about their job. You should go literally anywhere else.
They are out of basically everything and refused to make these items to restock. I was told to pick a different protein option, get the opposite rice I wanted, not get a topping, and more. The employees were terrible and not friendly. Overall, the entire place sucked. Usually Chipotle is my favorite fast food but today it was the worst.

Went on a Monday (google says they’re closed Monday) And I ordered 2 chicken bowls with guac. Very good portions, they didn’t skimp out on gauc or meat and it was very good. I was very pleased with my experience that day. Well staffed and very efficient service.

This location is the worst. They are always running out of meat, guacamole and other items. They fill the spoon they serve you with and then scrape 90 percent of it off, literally leaving the smallest amount of food in your bowl, for the price it’s absolutely unacceptable. A full meal is damn near $25 that’s just for 1 meal. Get it together. The staff are always standing around and food is never freshly prepared. Service is less than.
