I have been to this establishment three times in six months. I am a creature of habit, so, it is difficult for me to change my orders over time after being very happy the initial visit. I am also a retired professional chef and line cook with more than thirty years in the industry. My palate and sinus are very keen to flavor and quality. Excellent food with friendly and swift service. The El Patron Chile Relleno is one of the best things I've eaten in a while, and I don't even normally order chile rellenos. I love that their "side salad" when you order a lunch item is a vertically halved head of romaine covered in a delicious corn salsa and dressing. All ingredients are so fresh. If you're even thinking of coming here, DO IT!!
The food was absolutely delicious and very innovative. The menu has something for everyone. I got the El Patron Chili Relleno and YUM!! My friend got the Pork Chops with the Kahlua sauce which was also fantastic. Many of the dishes come with papas con chorizo which is to die for. Our server was very attentive but not overly so.
