We just ate here our second time. This time we got take out. While I was a little bummed we didn't get chips with the queso fundido or consome with the birria tacos, honestly, it was okay because the food was so freakin delicious! The fundido stands on its own with a fork (or spoon), and the birria tacos had enough juice in them to make you think you dipped it in consome, yet the taco had just enough crunch. My wife had the enchilada mole and was in heaven! She knows mole, and this place has what she wants. My daughter had the California burrito (with carne asada) and loved it. My 9 year old son had the pollo rostizado and macked that chicken down! I would note my family is picky...and they loved this place both times. You gotta try it - you won't be disappointed!

We LOVE Fuego! I had the Fish Tacos tonight and they were delicious! (Cod) Grilled to perfection! My husband had the Street Tacos (Ribeye) and he also said they were tender and delicious! The servings are large and the prices are fair. Every meal we've had here has been a HIT! We highly recommend. RATING = 100

Great food. Honestly a best kept secret in Atascadero. Flavors are well thought out; a blend of creative and authentic. Ingredients are high end (not sisco), yet the atmosphere is not overpriced or stuffy. The staff is humble and kind. The bar is beautiful and a great place to relax with drink and a date!

I had the Picanha al Chimichurri and rotisserie chicken. The agua de Jamaica was actually really good as well. Sauce for yhr chicken was spicy and I liked it!Vibes were chill and nice, I will be back for sure.
