I'm on a special diet so I have to order my burgers a curtain way and this place has always done it right. Too bad they don't have a restaurant in Los Osos. I would definitely recommend this place.

Always satisfied here, you can tell they take care of there workers. Always happy ,quick clean. Drive thru does get crazy, as well as parking lot.

This is a great stop on our road trip in California. We're from Ohio so we don't have In-N-Out burgers and it was a must do while we were out there. However my family did not like the fries. I thought my meal was just fine but the fries were a little odd tasting. I'm not sure if it was because of the oil or what they put on them. But I enjoyed my meal okay. Not something I would go out of my way to have. Of course it was a burger and fries at a fast food place so it was greasy and you didn't really feel great afterward.

Nice inside and outside. The wait is probably 10 minutes max for the drive-thru. But it really depends on how many people are there. The starberry lemonade is really good. I get fries and hamburgers, which is really cheap. The majority of the menu items are not worth a lot of money. The staff is really nice. A lot of their food is made fresh, like their potatoes and patties. Inside the store there is merchandise. Like socks, t shirts, and gift cards. In out is different from any fast food restaurant.

The entirety of all interactions was genuine from beginning to end!. Second, the presentation was most impressive, and the display without question was appealing 👏. Without argument, this order was cooked to perfection 👌.
Honestly, I haven't seen this level of a picture-perfect restaurant quality display 👌 in a while anywhere. Without sounding negative, It was refreshing not to receive my order as if it was placed on the bottom of a stack of orders...
Thirdly, since the crew works together to get each order to its patrons the best possible way, I would like the crew not only to be verbally appreciated but also to be awarded by receiving a tangible appreciation.
