I am extremely unsatisfied with the customer service I had experienced today with my husband. Today January 25th at 10:30 we decided to place a mobile order for the JUMBO MEAL DEAL which includes : 2 jumbo jack cheeseburgers, 2 medium curly fries, and classic tiny tacos + Mini churros When we went thru the drive through we realized the woman at the window did not give us the mini churros and she refused to even talk to me or acknowledge the fact that they were false advertising online for there location. We waited 10 mins in that drive thru just for her to be very rude and unpleasant. We have come to this restaurant for years and we have never had an issue once before. I have worked in customer service for over 10 years now and have never experienced such rude customer service I am very disappointed with my overall experience.They should not false advertise and they should make there workers knowledgeable of what there locations are advertising online.

I got a bacon ultimate cheeseburger amd fries. All good. Crew was helpful and friendly though the soda machine was down and they had to fill my cup from their side of the counter.

When in last night through the drive-thru and got home and my little ones nuggets were missing so I had to drive all the way back went inside so I didn't have to wait in the long drive-thru line and was ignored until I said I didn't get my nuggets! Then to top it off I ordered a five-piece chicken strip, the seven piece stuffed jalapenos, and a piece chicken nugget, and a three-piece egg roll. I asked for six ranch which is in asking too much since you would use at least two sauces per item and Miriam refused to give me more than three. She was really rude about it as well. No apologies for having to come all the way back to get the chicken nuggets for my little one who was crying at. The employees here are so rude!

I don't think I have ever been inside this place so I'm not going to review the inside. The drive thru is always kind of hit and miss. Some days they are on it, getting food out to cars and keeping that line moving. I personally don't trust beef from fast food places so I always get a breakfast sandwich and a large Oreo shake. Which I have to say out of all the fast food chains they have the best Oreo shakes. mmmmm.....so good! My main issues with this place is that they are always out of Oreo shakes. Another is that the hours they are open are not accurate to what they claim. I have shown up at 10pm on a weekend and nobody is there. I find that odd for a jack on the box. I thought they were always open till at least midnight. I mention this because it has happened quite a few times. So much you really start to notice it. So late night meals at this place is a gamble. Everytime I pass by a jack in the box I have to stop and get my Oreo shake though

Sorry Jack. No other cars in the drive thru and I still had to wait over 3 minutes to have my order taken? I wasn't even greeted for over a minute. I started thinking the restaurant was closed and almost drove off.
Update: One last chance Jack. I made another visit and literally recorded the employees standing around not taking my order as I stood at the counter for a full 3 minutes. It took them a total of 10 minutes to serve me, and once they did they forgot half of my food. The person I would have been behind in the drivethru (if I hadn't walked in) had to wait over 7 minutes for their order. Here's a tip: slow service doesn't exempt you from the $20/hr FAST FOOD minimum wage...
Almost always a positive experience at this location. Drive thru can be a little long sometimes, but it is right next to the freeway and seems to see a bit of impulse traffic.
