I am really upset to have to write this review. I visited this store first the first time a few days ago excited to have a Jersey mikes close to home. When I first entered there were no customers and two young Hispanic women up front. They were filming a video and singing along to a song loudly singing the N- word multiple times. I was appalled. I stood there for about 30 seconds waiting for the to notice me but the never did so I cleared my throat. They didn’t apologize just looked annoyed that they had to serve me. Customer service was completely absent and by the time I got my sandwich I had lost my appetite from the blatant racism and ignorance I witnessed. Very disappointed in this store and the behavior that they clearly don’t bother to correct. Is this what customer service standards have come to.? Won’t be back

If you plan on adding things to your sandwich don't order it online. Cuz it will not happen. Either lazy or incompetent. I've ordered same sandwiches four times. Added pickles to one and added mustard to another. And not one time could they make that happen. Today was my last sandwich I'm going to order here in atascadero. The one in Paso gets it right every time.

I had the worst customer service experience at the Jersey Mike’s in Atascadero, California, on my recent visit. The employee named Mike was incredibly rude and made the entire visit unpleasant. From the moment I walked in, Mike seemed annoyed to be there, barely acknowledging me while I tried to place my order. When he did responded with a sarcastic tone and rushed me through the process, making me feel like an inconvenience.
The service was so poor that it ruined the meal. I’m a regular in Atascadero, often stopping by for a quick bite A sub here costs about 15 bucks, which is a chunk of my monthly dining budget also about a hours work , and I expect better treatment for that price. Mike’s attitude made me question returning, despite usually enjoying Jersey Mike’s food. I’ve had great experiences at other locations, but this was by far the worst. Management needs to address Mike’s behavior and train staff on customer service. I’ll be taking my business elsewhere until things improve.ill just drive to paso like before

Placed an order on the 5th of August for 20 people serving for daughter Bday for the 7th get here they dont have our order. No communication im siting here right now and manager was not apologetic, hasnt communicated to me that my order will be ready soon. At this point I dont even know if they are getting order ready. Plus we are from out of town! Absolutely worst service I have experienced in a long time. Changed my review from 1 star to 3 they did offer a 10% discount which is ok. Just wish there was better communication and a legit apology.

Paid for extra meat. Didn't really get that for the insane price and over all felt kind of like ordering there was an imposition. Tried making conversation with staff at check out I was trying to put my number in at the time to see if I could get that to register with my acct. During the check out I hit zero on the tip. The computer didn't acknowledge it accepted my number and I was trying to get it to count. Perks for signing up add up. The girl behind the counter as soon as she saw that let out an audible sigh and I was trying to ask if it took my number. She just said yes and wouldn't even conversate. I hate how they make these check outs now, it's frustrating. Why will I go here if I get light portions for what I paid, no receipt was given, then additionally the communication with the staff just made me realize I don't wanna go here anymore.

I’ve been in twice and both times I’ve seen concerning things… the short older guy who seems to be the manager grabbed one of the young worker girls wrists very tightly. She seemed very shaken up and he yelled at her in front me and of other costumers. I have heard confirming stories from coworkers who have gone in and felt the need to say something. if that was my daughter I’d be pissed. As a grown man you don’t touch and intimidate a young girl.

The music is really loud and made communication/keeping track of orders difficult. Asked to talk to a manager about it because it was too loud for my baby but there wasn’t one working. Employees were very nice.
I’ve been here twice now. It seems like they just opened, but I placed an order for 5:45 pickup and received a email confirming the order was ready. I got to the store and nobody seemed to know anything about the order, they threw it together and I got it 15mins after pick up time.
