Placed an order on the 5th of August for 20 people serving for daughter Bday for the 7th get here they dont have our order. The music is really loud and made communication/keeping track of orders difficult. Asked to talk to a manager about it because it was too loud for my baby but there wasn’t one working. Employees were very nice.
I’ve been here twice now. It seems like they just opened, but I placed an order for 5:45 pickup and received a email confirming the order was ready. I got to the store and nobody seemed to know anything about the order, they threw it together and I got it 15mins after pick up time.
