This store is consistently out of chicken. I was told at 5:35pm today (rudely btw) that there was no chicken and low on tenders. I asked if more was being made and again, rudely met with “No, we have no cook.”There was a pine of about 5-6 cars in line. This is not the first time this happened. It’s often. Why even bother being open? I happily drove to Paso where they are usually stocked for dinners and quite friendly.

Worst service EVER! We were in the drive through and ordered a 8 piece meal. Drove up to the window and asked if we could add on an order of fries. We were rudely told that they can not "add on" to an order and that we would have to drive back through and re order! Never again. We need a Popeyes Chicken in town!

Unfortunately this is not the first time this store is out of chicken. The staff is consistently rude and unable to fulfill orders at all hours of the day/night. Don't go here. Don't do it. Just go somewhere else.

For the 3rd time in 2 weeks we have been by there at 7PM and they said the only chicken they had was thighs and legs. I know that there is just as many breasts and wings on a chicken, which is what I like. Will not be going back. Service sucks!!!!!0 stars

Love KFC food but the prices are absolutely insane! Can get a steak dinner for what you'll pay here for a bucket of 10 pieces! So it's become a treat and not a go to for fast food.

Was out of chicken sandwiches and tenders, which would be understandable with the given situation going on but the gentleman on the drive thru was just kind of rude for no reason.

we asked for a cup of ice and the worker straight up said "NO" and told us we had to pull around again and pay for it if we wanted the ice. And on top of that he didn't even ask if we wanted sauce and didn't give us straws. Very rude. Would not go back.

One star is all this restaurant deserves, one star I would give it less than one star but have to give it something, During the COVID-19 pandemic I'm having rotator cuff problems and cannot cook right now. We had the idea go to KFC in Atascadero. Not only was the screen blocked by the speaker so you cannot see all of the food menu, but the person (Alvarez) on the other side of the microphone was rude, he would not let me finish looking at the menu, he kept asking is that it is that it is that it. I felt rushed, he was everything we ordered was ala carte and not in a meal. He was not even courteous, not one nice word came from him, the tone of his voice was rude and less than nice. When we drove up to the window he was tossing the food we had just ordered in our bag. We came home the food was OK wasn't even great or hot. I called and asked to speak to the manager,( Walter) and he was just as rude wasn't even nice, as well , barely even apologized didn't even say have a nice day or anything as we hung up. I will be taking this to the corporate office.

Wont be ordering from here anymore. Placed a to go order. Arrived and was told they had given all of the tenders and I had to wait until more tenders cooked kinda defeats the to go order idea. Would understand if I showed up early

Every table dirty and the kids running this place are more focused on tictok than doing anything other than the BARE minimum. Both bathrooms were nasty and the soap didn't work in either. Gee I wonder if they wash their hands here... At least the food is fried so I am less likely to catch hepatitis. Oops ordered Mac and cheese side and it's not fried. Sure enough it's served room temperature. Sorry guys I'm not that hungry. I'll leave it here for the morning crew to clean because nobody here is going to do it that's for dammed sure.

Well as everyone has found with KFC, theirs is the chicken that fills up that craving we all get from time to time. Hot or fairly warm juicy meat with the skin properly dressed up in seasoned coating which makes it, 4 me; that crunchy tender precursor to the rest of the juicy, tasty fried chicken meal that can be very satisfying, especially when you add on the hot buttery honey dripping biscuits and some gravy drenched mashed taters. I like to add the kernels of juicy corn for a little textural mix-up.
