We are a busy family and have done meal plan meals for a long time. Myndful meals is hands down our favorite. We typically get 3 nights dinner each week. I love that you can mix and match and there isn’t a minimum (for pickup). We can skip easily if not needed/out of town. Each week is different. All of it healthy (but delicious) and organic. We just heat up in our oven so really no dishes. What’s not to love? And she really is “Boss of the Sauce”!

Delicious, healthy meals delivered right to my door! Everything is beautifully presented, reheats perfectly, and tastes fantastic. The menu changes weekly with fresh, locally sourced ingredients—salads and dressings are especially amazing. I love stocking the fridge with extras for easy, nutritious meals all week.
