I purchased a butterfinger ice cream pie. The description on the box sounded more decadent than it tasted. The butterfinger crust was delicious. I never found the chocolate ganache. The peanut butter ice cream was icy rather than creamy and the mini chocolate chips were very sparse. It was basically an oversized bowl of ice cream for $40.

The ice cream isn’t creamy. Either it was old or their recipes just aren’t quite right. Expensive and only a few flavors. I wouldn’t go here again.

Great flavor selection for non-cow, dairy ice cream (sheep milk). Great service. Clean location. Good atmosphere.
Delicious flavors in a tiny hole in the wall shop. Staff was super friendly (really only room for 1 staff member) and chatted casually while scooping. The flavors where delicious (Thai tea and a peanut-buttery chocolate one is what we got) and scooped high on a waffle cone. There is plenty of shady seating in the little plaza attached to the ancient owl brewery and the creamery shop, so I imagine it's a shared space. On a quiet Sunday no one had any objections to sitting in that area (we even got a drink after). The family that owns it has long roots in the area and the flavor selection was solid (usually 6 to 10). They had some really good looking frozen ice cream pies/cakes in a case as well.
On a hot day like today, it was such a treat to discover Negranti Creamery in Atascadero. We each tried the “Flight”: 4 ice cream flavors of your choice, each placed in a small cup with a waffle chip on top of each. The sheep’s milk ice cream is rich, smooth and sweet. No matter which flavor is chosen, delicious! Outside the shop are umbrella-covered tables & chairs where one may leisurely enjoy the ice cream.
Seriously really good ice cream. My son can't have cow milk but he can have sheep or goat milk and I love that they have a lot of options and flavors. Only downside and I would have given you five stars is that I have shown up around 3:00 5:00 p.m. sometimes and your shop is closed? So you've missed out three sales because I came and nobody was there and the hours said it was open? Not sure what's up with that. Might be having a staffing issue.
Nice shop, good mud slide, great service.
They have pre-made scoops between cookies and pre-packaged pints. They also have a small case of about 10 current offerings. One large scoop in a waffle cone is $7 and tastes quite nice.
Tried the strawberry and basil, as well as the chocolate mint. The best word to describe this ice cream is FRESH. Similar to shaved ice but a little thicker and creamery, however the basil and mint give it such a refreshing taste like you're drinking a fresh cucumber water lol
It was nice. There is no seating inside so that was a surprise. The weather wasn't too bad so it worked out. The ice cream was fine.

Great ice cream!!!
Great ice cream
Apricot cinnamon crisp was a creamy delight.
Unfortunately ice cream was old and was icy. Tried 3 flavors all were the same. Wouldn't go back. Flavors were good though.
Ice cream was ok. Had a few ice cream sandwiches from here, too. The service was OK. There was a pretty small selection of ice creams and some of the signs were missing.I got the apricot cobbler and it was more cobbler and oats than apricot, couldn’t tell there was apricot in it.The sheeps ice cream is interesting, it’s more like a sorbet and it’s not as creamy as cow milks.
