If you like comfort food, and want to eat healthy, this is a great option! The food here not only tastes amazing it's good for you! I could hardly believe how great I felt after eating a donut, a donut shot and a waffle! The protein was great for after my workout and I absolutely loved how I felt no glycemic impact whatsoever, no uncomfortable spike in my blood sugar, and no crash! Also, no digestive discomfort with their special gluten free recipe! I hope more people find out about this place it deserves to be famous throughout SLO! I really enjoy the chocolate peanut butter smoothie after an intensive workout. Well priced drinks and fantastic servers. Honestly I’m surprised this place isn’t packed more often. It’s better than Starbucks and healthier !
