Went there for the first time. I gave this a 4 star for the food. The choices were ok, but the PHO is ala' cart. That is most likely due to the fact that the place is very small. The spring rolls were very fresh and the dipping sauce tasty. I gave the service a 2 star and that is primarily because there was only one person working, which made perfect sense due to the size of the place, but the service person was sick. It was obvious that the person was sick by the caughing...
Absolutely love this place. The vegan pho is my favorite all around. Crispy dumplings and eggrolls fill my heart with so much joy. Torn in two over the Strawberry matcha milk tea or the Vietnamese iced coffee. A gem in Atascadero that I'm stoked we have
Average food in a mediocre place. Don't get the $8 fresh spring rolls. 2 rolls with large leaves of lettuce, and one strip of tofu with a bit of peanut sauce on the side. The vegan pho was also overpriced for what it was.
