If you are thinking about it, stop thinking and go already. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and if you have questions, they are happy to answer. I have been coming here for around 3 years, typically getting the combo pho and shrimp spring rolls. They will bring out basil, bean sprouts, limes, and jalapeños, allowing you to customize the soup to your liking. Vegan pho was filling. The broth wasn’t as rich as other places I’ve been. The vegan egg rolls were way over fried and almost inedible. We ate them because we hate to waste food, but should have sent them back.
We don't have a lot of places around town to eat something that isn't American or Mexican. Its true that I wish this place was a little more than it is and it had tripe and tendon, maybe some raw onion slices, cilantro... but I get that they are in Atascadero and the market for a little more is probably small. That said, I even love the vegan pho and the Thai and jasmine tea beverages are both fantastic. Not big city Pho, but great for our small town.
