One of the coolest bars I’ve been to. Amazing vibes all around, fast and friendly customer service. Lots of free games, chess, board games and more. Also the pool table is free, and in great condition. The bartender plays vinyl, which was a nice surprise. The decor is amazing! Best yet, they have a great drink selection.

The Raconteur room is one of my favorite spots in Atascadero! They have indoor and outdoor seating and various events throughout the week, including open mic night, trivia night and comedy shows just to name a few. They recently added a pool table inside so you can enjoy some pool as you grab a drink. They have various beers, sours, etc., on tap as well as bottled drinks. The bartenders are always friendly and welcoming - and will let you taste test something you've never tried if you ask :) If you were looking for a locals spot to grab a drink with a friend for happy hour or on the weekend this is definitely a go-to spot. It's conveniently located in downtown Atascadero and within walking distance to all of the downtown restaurants! Love, love, love this place!
