Ordered my food online 20 minutes before pickup. I get there, employee says she only has 2 out of my 3 sandwiches ready. My order was “ready” at 2:10. When i walk in, there is a party of 6 people and i had to wait 20 more minutes to get my food. It was 2:30 when i recieved my food. Ridiculous!!

I came in with a coupon for two footlong subs for 13.99. The woman working the counter skipped over me and took the order of a couple regulars behind me, they had to call her out on it before she took my order.I ordered "the boss" and a titan turkey sandwich. Neither of these sandwiches was excluded on the coupon. The price was higher than I expected. It should have been 13.99 because that was all I ordered. I asked her about it, and she said she changed me extra for cheese. Because of their long lines,I was running late and didn't have time to bicker over two bucks. The cheese she charged me extra for was a fresh mozzarella that came with "the boss" but she changed it to a meatball marinara and charged me extra for the fresh mozzarella, making the subtotal 16.14 instead of 13.99Boo. A pox on their store.

Vegetarian options: You can choose from a variety of vegetables if you only want that.
Parking: Located in a shopping plaza with plenty of space available. The business sign is too small to see on the pole where the names of the businesses appear in the plaza as you drive from south to north. If you are driving from north to south you can see the large sign that is on the business but you cannot see it in the opposite direction.
Kid-friendliness: It has railings on the stairs to go up to the business on the east side of the building.
