The older Hispanic woman at the 2290 El Camino Real Subway in Atascadero CA. is very rude, disrespectful & very impatient. I asked her kindly and clearly for my sandwich ingredients, she sighed and acted put out. She got my request completely wrong. She does respect her customers nor does she provide a positive environment. Her negative attitude made me lose my appetite..I will never return to Subway again.

When you want lunch or a quick bite to eat.i come here.Kid-friendliness: When taking friends or family out to eat here, it's always nice and clean to sit at.hanging young ones and having the right seats for them to sit at helps too.Wheelchair accessibility: Knowing I'm using a wheelchair more to get around helps to know we have places we can still use a wheelchair while we eat inside and have space for it and a good parking spot when I get there.

I can't believe I'm actually going to review SUBWAY, but honestly, I'm so impressed with this business... The prices are very competitive, and the service is consistent and great. I'm also having this experience entirely because of the app which opens the door for some great discounts, and the ability to easily collect points for more discounts... Using the app, I'm consistently paying around $14 for two foot-long cold-cut combo sandwiches: made perfectly: every single time! So, even though, am reviewing the specific location, which is my favorite, please accept this review for every subway on the central Coast: I've been to everyone and they're all fantastic. That's also a statement to the franchise owners, who I believe are all different, but are all fantastic businesses... It's not often that I write a review like this; read the garbage I've had to endure, and written about here on yelp... Please don't change SUBWAY! You're nailing it!!! Bravo!!!

Something about Subway just doesn't sit well. As in tastes fake & like a brick in your stomach. If you want a great sandwich. Go to High Street Deli in San Luis Obispo. ?

I’m a lifelong Subway eater. I like other sandwich places, but there is something comforting and satisfying about Subway. This particular Subway is my local favorite.

My wife and I got lurred back to Subway with their new Series menu I had seen on commercials. Talk about over promise, under deliver! They forgot the bacon on my wife's All American Club, and as she put it best, there was only "a hint of meat and condiments" on it. If you love the taste of bread and a "hint of meat and condiments" than pay the $11 plus tax. From now on, we'll be sticking with the far superior, same priced subs at Jersey Mike's. Here is a picture of my sandwich, 'The Champ'. They should have named it, 'The Chump' Shame on you Subway.

honestly they must be high because the amount of mistakes and weird things going on with our order was flabbergasting. lettuce in a bag, three missing items still charged, looks like a blind newborn put the sandwiches now etc. it tastes good because it's the bare minimum but the lettuce in the bag and extra charges were ridiculous.

Horrible experience. Worst subway visit I've had in my lifetime and I've gone a lot in the last 20 years. The tiny short older lady refused to give me extra olives, she said she could only give me a small amount. Didn't offer extra charge, just said no we aren't allowed to do that. I only had 3 toppings. I told her forget it and started to leave, and she sassed and yelled at me the entire time as I walked out of the store. Weird control freak, should not be working there. I didn't come to be lectured by some old lady about wanting extra olives which I have ordered no problem for 2 decades. Never will come back to this store.

Every other day I order a lunch or dinner from Subway 16152-0, as it is the closest one to my home. But the recent 2 visits have been a problem. And both of them had a worker named Nate that messed up my order. (Or at least it looked like the name "Nate". The writing on his hat tag was very faded and blurry.)I brought in a coupon page that I received in the mail. I get these coupons every couple of months and am always using them. The coupon was 3 sandwiches for 17.99 (or something like that). I waited in line and observed the person in front of me having problems with Nate. I remember Nate from last a previous time and how he messed up on my order. I waited for about 15 minutes or so while Nate was arguing with the customer about a coupon and the other worker was making sandwiches. I thought about leaving, but didn't... Which was a big mistake. When it was finally my turn to pay, I brought him the coupon and Subway gift card. He scanned it before entering the sandwiches. The Nate went to the other worker and said something to him and came back and then asked me what type of sandwiches that I ordered. He then entered the info and scanned the coupon again. He then scanned the gift card and told me that the gift card was invalid. This confused me, as it was a new gift card. So, I told him "no problem" and went to pay with my credit card. After I paid with my credit card, I noticed the price was the price before the coupon. I asked him why the price not the coupon price."That is the coupon price," he said. I then asked him to look at the coupon. He lifted up the coupon from the previous person which was for "1" subway sandwich... Not even close to what I ordered. I told him that was the wrong coupon. He looked at it and I think he realized I was right, as he started looking around the register. After a moment of looking around, he said he couldn't find it, and just sat there for a moment, not saying anything and staring at me.I ask him if he was going to fix the order."I can't," he said. "The bar code would be invalid from being used, so it can't be used again anyways."I then told him have the coupon sheet in the car. So, I went out to the car to get the coupon sheet. I brought that back and showed him an identical coupon on the coupon sheet."The coupon sheet is expired," he said. "The expiration date is February 12.""The expiration date is February 22, not February 12," I replied. "Even if it was February 12, the coupon would still work, as that is what today is."The other worker then came over to Nate and told him to just redo the order. And so he went through the order and scanned the other coupon and the correct price came up."Shouldn't I be getting the cash back from the previous order?" I asked, nervous about using the card again."The money should go back on the card," Nate replies.I then proceed to pay.I then find that I was charged twice on my card.I won't be coming back to this Subway... At least while this Nate guy is working there.
