Wow- possibly the best Mexican food I've ever had. The quesabirria was packed with perfectly cooked meat and the consomme was delicious. The service was great. So glad we stopped here

Eating at Suzy’s was an absolute pleasure! The food is amazing and Suzy is so sweet. I highly recommend this restaurant if you’re craving authentic Mexican food.

I'm a huge Mexican food fan and have every Mexican place from Paso to SLO and all I gotta say is I'll be thinking about Susy Kitchen next time I'm eating Mexican food somewhere else. BEST Asada I've had in North county.

When you love authentic mexican food you can’t skip susys when in town. Been there w/ whole family (kids never eaten real mexican food before) and we all loved it. Susy is so nice, especially with the kids, and the food is literally so so good. We went with asada fries, chile verde and a bunch of tacos and everything was outstanding. We’ll be back!

Susy kitchen serves some of the best authentic Mexican food I’ve had in a long time. The flavors were bold and fresh — I loved the Quesabirria. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere felt warm and homey. A must-visit if you love real Mexican food!

Oh my goodness, this place is incredible! We stopped here for lunch and the group got Chile rellenos, Chile Verde, fish tacos, burritos and sopes. Everything was amazing, especially the Chile Verde. And then we took a photo with the chef afterwards. Definitely will stop here when coming thru the area again!

We drove in from San Francisco, heading home to SoCal. Our family needed a quick stop and I randomly came across this restaurant on Google....and I'm so glad that I did. The atmosphere reminds me of home and visiting my Tias house. Everything is made fresh after ordering and is absolutely delicious, down the freshly made corn tortillas and spicy salsa. I had the Chile relleno, my children had the bean and cheese burrito and a side of chicken while my husband had the birria combo plate. This was exactly what we needed after a long day of driving. Hoping to one day be back here again. Thank you so much to the owner for a perfect meal!

The reviews were mixed but we really enjoyed our visit. We had the daily specials in a chile relleno and a chile verde plates. Both were excellent, and the homemade tortillas were awesome! Even the chips and salsa were extra special with three types of salsa. We will be back!!
