Best sushi in all of slo county. Quality is excellent, prices are fair, friendly chefs. I live in Paso and even though we have 4 sushi restaurants I still drive out of my way to A town for Tosh 1.0
Servers do not check on you nearly enough. have to wait a while to get drink refills or anything else. food takes a while to be brought out.

There are no wrong answers at Toshi 1.0. Probably the best sushi I've ever had. The presentation is meticulously artistic, and the flavor is choice, delicate, and thoughtful. The friendly staff here at this little hole in the wall will serve you a rolled up bit of heaven sliced into 6 pieces and garnished with some ginger and wasabi, and the only downside is that you may never look at sushi from any other restaurant the same again.
