Tables are super sticky the food took forever! The restrooms are disgusting. Will not recommend. Everyone got their food at different times! My family did not get to eat together because food took forever to arrive and was cold!! This is by far the worst Applebees I have ever been to. I am Very disappointed the manager did not even come to apologize not even take to consideration the time everyone got there food! Customer service is lacking!!
Took almost 2 hours from when we sat down to when we paid... Service was so slow, yet there was maybe 10 people eating. Half in which has just gotten food. Food was decent. But definitely not worth waiting almost an hour.

WE DID LEAVE B4 ORDERING, FOR HIM BEING SO RUDE TO THE OTHER TABLE. THEY WERE NOT DRESSED UP, BUT THEY HAD CLEARLY SHOWERED, AND GROOMED THEMSELVES WHICH IS MORE THAN WE CAN SAY ABOUT THE MANAGER. Ok first let me tell you about my experience with this particular applebees in atwater! We (3) of us went to applebees for lunch, remind you, the place was not busy at all. Roughly around 25 people. , we had to sit ourselves. We had to get our own menus, it took them about 45 minutes to even acknowledge that we were even there! Finally the bus boy gave us our drinks Then the bar maid took our order, then we waited ..aND waited....for about another 20 minutes for our dam appetizers, I had to basically make a scene for some utensils! Really?? I guess we were supposed to eat with our hands!! Then when our food was finally brought out, we must had been there at least an hour in wait time! I ordered the bourbon chicken w/ mushrooms The mashed potatoes were cold, ( probley still frozen) And the chicken was half done! Of course if you were drunk you probably would not even noticed! Lol Yes I complained... usually I'm not a complainer.. but I mean this was the worst of the worst. The bar maid kept apologizing for the food, to poor management. To the un educated workers

And fresno are onto of thier game But I must say, atwater applebees really sucks!!!! When i pass through atwater again in the near future, and I need a bite to eat, I'll go to Carl's jrs!!
