“Food is great! Atmosphere is a simple dine-in spot so I recommend take out and eating at home with your favorite movie. Service is always super friendly, there may be some language barrier but patience is always important when communicating what you like to order and how you like it to be done. They’re always doing their best in there!”

“Great service first time I went. Generally good service. Food is pretty good and they have refills! Too bad no flan. Their enchiladas verdes are pretty good and shrimp fajitas get a 8.5-more onions would be great! Shrimp size pretty nice! It's not cheap but is descent price for a good meal. Pay attention to the extra fee for paying with a credit card. They add it into total so when you pay cash they will remove it but is a little misleading to have it added prior to you paying. It can be done differently.”

“Delicious food truck located in the Grub Hun food truck parking lot in Modesto. The cashier was super knowledgeable and recommended getting a 3 meat combo plate for the 2 of us to split for our first time and it didn't disappoint. It was plenty for 2 people and we still had leftovers. The rei sauce (their spicy sauce they use for their spicy rice) was good with more of an afterburn for spice. Would recommend!”

“This is our second time coming in (back to back). I cannot tell you how much this food touches home. The food is so authentic and it has such an unique and delicious flavor that I count the days to go back every weekend. (I am not exaggerating!!!)All the dishes are served with care and love! You can tell! The place is so cozy, the bathroom super clean, the tables all neat and well kept!!! The theme decorations are so cute! All the time…But mostly the service is very friendly that they make you feel like family!And most importantly!!!! The food is served in a very very generous way that you can even take some home. Definitely my favorite place to take the whole family and friends to enjoy real delicious and excellent quality of real authentic Mexican sazón de Colima food!! “Food is solid and comforting, portions are generous. The vibe is also friendly- neither touristy nor pretentious (FWIW in Atwater, no hate). The physics space is really what sells us, the pre-Colombian themed murals, furniture, and decor set a great tone. The chilaquiles are served all day, and the sauce is delicious. Staff are kind and great communicators. My mother in law loved the filete, and they took care with her gluten free diet!Vegetarian options: No specific vegetarian menu or markings, but that’s not really a thing here. Just ask!Dietary restrictions: Vegetarian and pescatarian options, also easy to go gluten-free here.”

“Stopped in here while in the area and everything was amazing. The atmosphere is really cool and the bar itself is updated and very clean. Staff was very quick to take our orders and notice when we needed something. Our waitress/bartender was Cass and she was very nice and quick to take care of us 10/10 for her. We will definitely be back and will recommend to others.”

“Nice location with lots of seating indoor and out. This place is great, but the Oakland dust food truck that parks here Fri and Sat. Night is what brings us here from 50+ miles away to eat! This BBQ is amazing! Average meal cost is $15 per person. The brisket nachos are heavenly and the jaw dropper (brisket with mac n cheese sandwich) as well as the pork Mac n cheese are a must have. That being said you can't go wrong with anything they make here!! Definitely worth the drive and a regular visit. Truck can be popular so make sure if you're planning on trying it out you are close to 5pm. They serve till they're out.”

“Had never been there. What will we win? The food was on point prices are really good but the Waitress was so nice. Turn on top of your game. My husband wanted to try Italian wedding soup. What was not really wanting to encase? He didn't like it, so she gave him some to taste. She was just so friendly. Highly recommended ”
