“cool food options! especially for merced's limited fine dining scene. cocktail menu was fun and really good. service was really nice and our waitress answered all my questions abt the menu or would go to the kitchen to find answers (i was genuinely curious abt an entree; was not pulling a karen). only caveat is that their flan was giving creme brûlée. but a sweet treat is a sweet treat, and i left satisfied! we also stayed past their closing time, and they respectfully packed our leftovers without rushing us:)”

“Vinhos is a gem on Main Street! We happened upon this lovely place looking for a good meal and we're big fans of tapas. We stopped in just before 6:00 and we're greeted by a friendly woman getting the restaurant ready for opening. We later came to find out she was an owner. She was so sweet and offered to seat us before the servers actually showed up, as they had worked a local event that day. The waitress soon came and our wonderful experience began. They have a great wine list and wine cocktails. We ordered three dishes and were pleased with the presentation and flavors. Pica-Pau - a traditional Portuguese dish with beef and spices in a delicious broth. It's served with bread for soaking up the broth. I really enjoyed this dish, especially the broth. Crostini di Mare - shrimp on crostini's with a tangy garlicky sauce on top. This was my favorite and I wouldn't hesitate to order this again. Sea Legs - octopus over a sweet potato mash. This was tasty as well and the octopus was cooked perfectly. The sweet potato mash is divine!! We also had a Caprese salad, pretty average, but nice presentation. The outdoor seating area is comfortable and so nice to people watch on the main drag. We really enjoyed ourselves and plan to go back next time we visit. The service is excellent, portions in line with tapas and atmosphere is great.”

“An exceptionally good dining experience! We have eaten here on numerous occasions, but never in the other dining room away from the bar and main dining room. Celebrating our 33rd anniversary, they gave us a great table near the window, and the staff all signed a card that we received once we sat down. Other than a few extra minutes waiting due to how popular and busy it was, the service and food were excellent. It's not a huge menu, just a good one. Food is moderately priced with nice portions and delicious! One of the best dining establishments in Merced.”

“This is the Creamy Mushroom Braised Beef Risotto and the Costolette Brasate and Gnocchi !!! The first dish were boneless braised beef short ribs topped in a creamy mushroom sauce served over a side of risotto and asparagus! The meat was nice for a braised beef dish, and the sauce was not super bad! The mushrooms were super good in my opinion, and I wasn’t really a big fan of the risotto because I’m not really used to cold rice, but it was good! The asparagus was pretty good! The second dish were braised beef short ribs too but with a savory marsala gravy sauce served with a rosemary butter pesto gnocchi and asparagus! The sauce for this dish was soooo much better than the mushroom sauce in my opinion, so the marsala sauce is definitely a good choice to get here! It was thick, savory, and a dark red color! The gnocchi had a strong pesto taste, and it was nice to eat! We also were given bread and soup! We tried the minestrone and the seafood bisque! The minestrone soup didn’t taste like Olive Garden’s, but it did taste much more authentic and real! The seafood bisque was superrr good, and it was filled with so much flavor! We went on Valentine’s Day, so it was a bit busy, but the workers did a great job serving us!”

“I always come here, good service. They have a lot of variety of food. I wish they had soju options. Sake (white peach) tastes like perfume. Edemame is mid. Greta ambience and sushi for Merced. I know. Good amount of seating more. 2 tvs for sports. You can also view the chefs making the rolls.”

“Loved our visit to Five Ten! Great menu, delicious food, attentive waitress. I had the lemon shrimp pasta and a dinner salad. Others had the carnitas sandwich, patty melt, poke bowl, asparagus gouda soup, and fried pickles. It was all great! Positive things to note, all of it was delicious, especially the pasta, carnitas sandwich, French fries, asparagus soup, and blue cheese dressing! Room for improvement was the freshness of the salad greens. Also, the poke needed to be served with rice, and tea/sodas seemed weak. But all in all, this place is great ??”

“Stopped by on way to Yosemite. There is not outside seating (Yelp said there was). Angie the owner is so welcoming! We had a carne asada torta, it was perfect! It's the panini style pressed with the ridges, love it. We also had the spicy shrimp, perfectly grilled and in an amazing sauce that was not too spicy and just a hint of smokiness. We also got guacamole that seemed liked it had been two avocados just 30 seconds right before it came to table. So fresh! The guacamole was only lightly seasoned, but it was nice with the food.”

“One of the very few seafood restaurants in Merced, Bag O' Crab fills you up perfectly. I always passed by the location and finally tried it and was extremely surprised. The food was great as was the service and can highly recommend to those who have also been skeptical of the place. I can see myself coming again.I don't go to many seafood restaurants so I can't accurately comment on the price, but what we paid and the amount of food we received felt more than satisfactory. ??”

“I’ve been to this place twice. The Hot Cacao and the Turmeric Latte are both amazing. I haven’t tried any of the smoothies yet because of the cold weather. However the ambience is nice and customer service is phenomenal.”

“Really didn't want to leave a bad review, but it should be noted. I've never had bad meats from here before, but this years prime rib was ruined. I needed a 9 pound, and when I got home, the tag said just over 6 and a half. Yes, I should have looked, but I put my trust in these guys. He asked if I wanted it seasoned, which I always do, but this year was sooo over seasoned. It was terribly over salted. Was really let down and disappointed this year. I'm not saying I won't purchase here anymore because I will purchase another....just hoping I don't have another problem.”

“At a tiny stop in Merced with a large kick of flavor! It was delicious! There are no tables to eat..literally make it and take it. No drinks you have to go inside the store to get one. They do take cards. Friendly service and usually they are closed Thursdays but they were open today. No was around $20. My burrito was FAT! I got a super and they weren't stingy with the meat.”

“Been living here my whole life and never tried this spot until tonight. Wow the steaks were perfectly cooked and season! I got the spicy coffee rub and wow, the cook sure cooked it perfectly "medium". Came out so good, best steak in twn!! Better then texas road house! Only thing missing is the bread with sweet butter!”

“Now after some time that the restaurant established themselves in Merced as one of the few places that serve seafood. I have enjoyed twice a visit, the first was a lunch , the second was a dinner. Both times were excellent. The second time I found myself going to the Karaoke and taking on 2 songs while waiting for the food lol. I had a good time, food was great. Will go back soon.”

“me n Ed's no matter what is delicious. Merced is where my favorite me n Ed's is located the manager is awesome and the kid also. This place is hidden so it's not to busy when I go the service is top notch i like how they reapply the cheese because they are aware it can melt off and leave the pizza looking a bit undressed so far haven't had that problem in years they have addressed it and haven't looked back. It is a little small in there not really designed for high volume dining in. But it does provide couple TVs juke box couple arcade beer on tap and some machines with surprizes. The little mint andes chocolates is a nice treat.”
