The customer service was impeccable. Jacob, the shift lead was probably the most courteous food service worker I have met in years. That is huge factor when deciding which places I frequent. I’ll be back for sure. Oh yeah…food is pretty tasty too.
Erik’s amazing customer service is what keeps bringing me back to this Carls Jr. location. Food is always fresh and delicious. Cashier Erik always has a positive attitude and always gives me a warm welcome. I am always delighted to be greeted by him and have my order taken by him.
