The drive-thru was hard to find and the signs pointing to where it was did not help. The service was quick to take the order, however they were short on a hashbrown. The wait should have been only 3 to 5 minutes but it took close to 10 minutes for the wait. The drive-thru attendant was really kind at the window but the delivery rep didn't know which order was ours and was looking around.
The food was cold and under cook break was not toasted at all the eggs were soggy and hashbrowns were so soggy that they ripped apart every time I tried to grab it... the young man made ni eyes contact at all no smile ...Parking: A lot of homeless and drug abuse..

To the manager Destiny, she's doing a great job.this was a very busy morning dealing with a rude homeless yelling at her about some food he didn't pay for, and at the same time attending me and other paying customers. My props to her because she probably doesn't get paid enough.
