“I would have given them 5* because the pizza was excellent, service was quick , and the workers are friendly. However, advertising a beer as being available only to not have it available is a little weak in my opinion... But, pizza was fabulous and the beer I chose was decent. Would go back but I hope they keep the beer list accurate from now on.“

“Despite driving past this location, every workday, as long as they've been open, I've never ordered pizza from here. Only because it's in a part of town that's not the best. Not until my bougie friend had this pizza at her house, I realized what a mistake I've made. This is one of the best pizza's I've had. I preordered my pizza on line. Easy ordering system. I got an update email and text around the pickup time and then another when it was ready. I got it home and saw they did not skimp on toppings. Excellent sauce. Great crust: not too thick, not too thin. Large was a good size. I felt I got good value for my money. I also wanted to try the sandwiches so I got a small Italian sub. It was good but I will ask for more oil and vinegar the next time. The meat they used was very good quality. This is going to be my new pizza place.“

“Never trust a picture! I was surfing the internet when I happened upon Calzone Life. I ordered and will order again and again!! It was a huge surprise! The servings were huge, the food fresh and tasted like they had cooked from my kitchen. My salad was cold and full of goodies and my calzone was hot!! BEST HIDDEN SECRET IN MADERA!!“

“This review is based on the lunch buffet...This is my third time coming here, and we've always gotten their lunch buffet. They have a salad bar, which was great. Wished they had onions as one of the toppings. They also have a wide selection of dressing. The staff here always make sure that there's always pizza available. I like that the slices are small, which makes eating pizza less guilty. The restaurant is always clean. The staff makes sure to clean the table right away when customers leave. My only complaint is that staff seem to have issues making thin crust pizzas when we request them to. The few times that they did, it was gone right away since that was the preference of a lot customers apparently. Mind you, it's not like it's hard to make thin crust. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant. I hope they keep it up.“
