I usually look forward to my visits to Little Caesars, known for their quick service and budget-friendly options. I'm kind of torn on this review. The calzone and crazy bread were great. I ordered on the app and it said it would be ready in 20 to 25 minutes. I arrived after 25 minutes and order was not in portal. App said it was still being prepared. I finally got after another 25 minute wait. Also while waiting, I saw a girl in the back drop a spatula on the floor. She then picked it up and transferred a pizza with it without cleaning it off. Had a bad experience here about 6 months ago with delivery so really didn't want to return but the wife was craving it so I went and picked it up. Service was excellent and pizza was good. I would recommend picking up instead of delivery. Driver forgot my crazy sauce and when I called I was told I had to go pick it up which defeats the purpose. So this last experience was really good.
