Love the ice cream 🍦 and food here at those food trucks 🚚
Very nice spot to eat and relax food and service was great
On Mondays most trucks are closed, all except for some taco trucks.

Valley Eats Food Truck Plaza is a great little food court in Merced. The comfortable atmosphere includes tables to eat at, a restroom on site, and covered outdoor sitting areas. A super fresh and authentic selection of food trucks offers Indian, Mexican, BBQ, hot dogs, ice cream, speciality sodas and more. The food is delicious, bursting with flavor and often described as the best. Bingsu Bliss ice cream provides fun flavors such as matcha, lychee, mango, strawberry with Boba and red bean. Power Subs serves the best crinkle fries and a Philly cheesesteak that is delicious. The taco from the tavo truck and the carne asada are tender, and the samosa from the curry truck is also liked. Ice cream truck treats are absolutely delightful, staying colder longer, with smooth texture, generous portion size and just the right amount of toppings and crunch. Drinks are refreshing, bomb and addictive. The venue is fun, busy, with friendly vendors and a great selection of options for anyone who wants to keep coming back.
