Our drinks are always on point, recommendations for mocktails for Dry January were spot-on, and she makes us feel like true regulars when we come. Her positive attitude and always fun demeanor really stands out. Bartenders like Denise are the reason we will continue to come back.“

“Drove down from Sacramento to pick up a Mission Style Curio that we purchased over the phone after finding the cabinet online. Once we were loaded and ready to go, she offered up a great place to eat about 5 minutes away called H&W Family Drive-In where her sister works as a cook. We took her up on the offer because we were starving and hadn't had lunch. I enjoyed one of the best burgers that I have ever had. It was not on their menu but was recommended by Lulu at Miranda's Furniture. The Yeyi Burger!! Jalapeños, Bacon, Avocado and more! It was amazing!! Awesome customer service! Friendly employees. “We LOVED every aspect of our lunch at Destino’s. The food was as delicious as it was beautiful and the owner was so accommodating to both our dog and toddler on their patio. The patio and inside of the restaurant were both decorated with such warm charm and coziness. The owner even took extra time to reccomend local activities for us to do with our toddler. I would highly recommend this resturant for anyone looking for a yummy family outing.“

Also this is the best place for pad Thai hands down:) I introduced my coworkers to this spot and it’s our go to place for lunch outings. We always get a plate of orange chicken, egg rolls, chicken fried rice and chow mein. Always hits the spot! Great service and great food.“

“I recently went to an event here. It was a Christmas Brunch with a DJ. The event said it was all ages. We had a great time. The DJ was great. I won a prize. I loved my drink. I got a pumpkin spice mocktail. That was nice that they had a mocktail drink menu. The food was tasty. I got the Bacon egg scramble. The portions were smaller than normal. Not sure if thats a change for the entire restaurant. We had a great time. I hope they do more events here in the future. The staff was really nice here. Very helpful!“

“I love Starbucks, but I notice at this location they do not call your name out when your drink is ready and it just sits there on the counter. second time this is happened to me. It’s like which one do you choose from when there’s like five or 10 out there you gotta go through everyone to find your name. Just annoying. I prefer to go to Starbucks on R street or on Childs Avenue they have their act together and they know me“
