“I just wanted to say that I go to this Patterson Dutch Bros almost every day and I have dealt with Ethan I would like to let you know that he is an amazing hard worker he is always so happy and polite I see him out there cleaning taking orders and at the window you can tell he is a good person all around he is a hustler it is so hard to find such good workers now a days I would appreciate that Dutch Bros would somehow reward him with the biggest appreciation on his hard work. “I have never written a review of any kind for a restaurant but this experience on 5/15 warrants my first. As a truck driver for many years I have been all over the country and to many eateries. This was hands down the single nicest experience that I have ever had with an entire staff. From the moment that I walked in the gentleman that was cleaning the lobby greeted me and was very friendly and cordial. Then the young lady that took my order was sweet and giggly. Every time that I went to the counter for various reasons there was a different staff member that was just as friendly as the last. As I sat and ate I could hear the playful laughter of the staff and every customer that came in was treated with care, courtesy and truly superior customer service. I truly felt that everyone there during that afternoon shift genuinely like each other and their job.“

“I impulse ordered some almonds from these folks and I was thoroughly impressed by them. Placed the order on Tuesday, received it on Thursday. Flavors ordered were blue cheese and black pepper, hatch chile, bloody mary, and maple. They're all great, y'all. I will be a repeat customer!“
