“Hands down The Best Cafe in the Central Valley. Serving satisfaction since its inception in 1996, Bean & Leaf Cafe is the longest running Coffee Shop in Manteca. Since then, it has accumulated multiple awards and accolades along the way, most recently winning this years best Coffee Shop in the "Best Of Manteca" yearly poll publication, in addition to Espresso Bar Of The Year in the "Best Of 209" readers poll. Most excellent atmosphere, choice service, best ownership, and tastiest food and drink around - Bean & Leaf Café is as good as it gets.“

“I’m not from anywhere, unless you count Fremont, Ca. and my Parents always taught me to be open to trying new food, experiences, and gave me a Passion for Life, That being said, I tried it, I never liked it, until I tasted something called Halal prepared Lamb and Beef and Extra Long Grain Rice and more. I haven’t had anything that I didn’t like or wouldn’t re-order from this local Family Owned establishment! I think one of the most amazing things is trying to describe the flavors of the different spices that aren’t used and typical ““ American cuisine. I found this in my travels to other cultures with other foods where you ask the person to describe the flavor, and they can’t. They are at a loss for words. And so am I? But I know that I won’t be disappointed with anything that I order.“
“Best tacos not greasy and quality meat not just fat and really hot sauces when you ask for them! But they are still hot but not stupid hot with no flavor like others. They have a unique flavor ? exquisite and fresh daily a friend recommended it too me he goes everyday for 3 tacos at least! I go when I am close definitely a must try!!“

“We live stopping in here when traveling through. We’ve wine tasted a couple times. Nice folks. Lots of choices. But what we really stop for is an opportunity to purchase some discounted wines. They always have a variety in clearance from $3-$20. We haven’t had a bad bottle yet from that and w usually get the $5 bottles. They welcomed my dog, gave him water. Great stop!“

I’m new to the area from LA and I consider myself an Acai bowl snob and this place is better than my go to spot in LA. Also this is by far the ONLY place I’d go to for a salad in this area they are amazing! If you don’t like salads you should def go here lol I hope they never close this is the only healthy eating out spot in the area. Oh and the staff are

“This place does not disappoint. You have authentic Mexican dishes, coffee, mexican sweet bread. I ❤ conchas! We've been here twice, and i've tried the chilequiles, rojo and Verde. I caught me by surprise. Both simple dishes packed with flavor.“

“We ordered Channa Bhatura, Tandoori Chicken and Chaat Papri — food was delicious and over the expectation! I really liked this restaurant in Manteca. I came all the way from Brampton and it was totally worth it. Authentic taste, great service. Highly recommended! Will definitely come back.“
