“My first time at Picasso’s was yesterday for lunch. I ordered the Rafael (French Dip) and a side of macaroni salad. My wife ordered the Kingman and a side of Tomato Pesto Soup. My wife enjoyed the Kingman stating that it was “On Point.” However, she has not stopped raving to everyone about the Tomato Soup. She likes it very much and stated it was the best Tomato Soup she has ever had. My sandwich was so delicious. And in our current state of affairs, where restaurants are raising prices while ignoring providing quality options, this is saying a lot.“

Whoever is cooking, knows what they are doing, it's amazing food. Their service staff is pretty good too, good customer service, on top of their orders and drink service, drinks are not sitting empty forever and take home containers come out in good timing. “The previous owner of Happy's in Ripon have moved location to Salida. I was disappointed that they closed down, but I'm even grateful that their new restaurant is closer to me. I dine in for their lunch buffet. They give you the option of garlic or plain naan that is complimentary with the buffet; along with their basmati rice. Their buffet is smaller when it comes to their food options. Every dish is flavorful with the seasoning and spices. The tandoori chicken is by far, the best tandoori chicken I've had from an Indian restaurant. The spices and seasoning is super flavorful. The fish pakora is delicious. Crispy batter with the flavorful spices/seasoning. The chicken and goat curry did not disappoint either. I couldn't help myself, but eat several plates of the curry. The butter chicken, Shahi Paneer, and the other dishes are delicious. I've sampled all the dishes along with the dessert. The Gulab Jamon and rice pudding is delicious. I really like the rice pudding. I can taste their rice pudding is made with basmati rice. The texture of the basmati rice grain 🌾 is much thinner than the regular rice. Their chai tea ☕ is refreshing as well. The waiters do a wonderful job of refilling my water when it gets low. Thank you very much for a delicious meal. See you again soon.“

“I had a few tasters to see what I liked, but none really stood out. I only sipped each one. One of the bartenders asked if I even liked beer and felt they were annoyed even though it was not busy. I said that I do like beer and felt pressured to make a decision. Theirs just left an unpleasant bitter taste. The Pina colada was the winner. I remember it last time I was there. As per the food truck, I ordered a regular burrito, asked if it was spicy, and she assured me it wasn't. Paid $13.00 for a burrito regular. I could only take two bites of it and was extremely hot, not even mild. Disappointed. I'd prefer to leave a better review, but it wasn't great.“

“Tapped Apple never disappoints. The customer service is amazing. Everyone is so friendly. It’s the type of bar you go to and there is never ever any drama. People are friendly. The staff is attentive, remembers your name, and what you like. The owner is super chill and takes time to get to know you. The environment is really good too. There is indoor and outdoor seating. During the winter months they have heat lamps outside so you stay warm.“

“I'm literally obsessed with this place. I found out about it on Tiktok. I'm from Turlock so anytime I'm in Modesto I make sure to go. I always get their chicken family pack and it comes with beans, rice, macaroni salad, and lots of corn tortillas. I also get their pork ribs with bbq and omg it's the best! They grill their meat outside so when you pull into the parking lot you could see and smell it. I always take it to go, and they're very fast with your orders and friendly customer service.
