“The house chips were made very thin. They literally melt in the mouth. The portion of food was unusually large and attractive throughout. My Mother and I agreed that it's the best Mexican food in Manteca. We are not from there. Surely would recommend this lovely establishment for great food!“

“Calling this little restaurant a taqueria seems a bit understating things. My wife and I are new residents in the area and have tried it a few times now. The last time we decided to eat there and the fajitas were served just like a full restaurant, only they tasted better than most. The service is always friendly here also and the decor is casual and clever. Great little hidden spot to try if you like good Mexican food but dont want to wait 30 minutes for a table at El Jardin or Las Casuelas.“

“I cannot emphasize enough how terrible the service has been from confrontational service in the past to being seated or asking to sit in the bar. A place I dreaded coming because of people like Jose in the bar who seems to have anger issues towards customers despite of their loyalty to the restaurant. Including tonight, where he chose to not only confront us in the bar after the hostess told us to sit for a drink after we had finished our meal in the main dining area. The bartender told our family the same. Apparently it was not good enough for Jose.
Tonight that changed because of a new server in the main restaurant Melissa. I want to commend Melissa for changing the outlook of what has been a negative experience finally turnaround thanks to her excellent service. We will be back more frequently to see Melissa.“

“Don't let the faint odor of disinfectant put you off as you enter. You won't notice it after a minute. And don't flinch at the price of the tacos de ribeye ($30 for 3 tacos). There is easily a 12oz steak cooked fresh, rested properly, and cut up to the right size for a taco -- not too big, not too small. We went on a Saturday night and there were lots of families enjoying a night out, a couple of dates, friends catching up, etc. great atmosphere!“

“Another home run at this place. Every time we've come here it's been very solid. I tried the fish tacos. Absolutely blown away this time. The food is a bit pricey but worth it. There is a salsa bar that has a very good selection of salsas along with other condiments.“

“This place used to be so cheap and sooooo good. It's no longer cheap and although the food is still good, it has changed. I still enjoy coming here to this spot but unfortunately it's changed. I remember the $2.50 burritos and tortas al pastor that were finger liking good.“

“This place was damn delicious! Stopping in from now on whenever I pass through town. Got the Reyna Seafood tostada and it could easy feed two or 3. Michilada came with like 6 shrimp. Pulled 4 different salsas from the salsa bar and all delicious. I'm a big fan!“

“I always order ahead on the app and I only live a few minutes away. I never wait more than a couple minutes when I get there for my food.
I do not recall ever having an order missing a food item or missing ingredients (however I never modify my orders).
The only complaint is that night shift does not fill the more expensive items more than the cravings value items, so I never order the expensive ones at night now.
Maybe a fork missing here and there, but nothing that warrants less than 5 star service. Keep up the good work!“
