“This interesting restaurant sits conveniently off the highway. Step in and you’re greeted with modern furniture/decor and an open kitchen where you can smell the deliciousness cooking and the al pastor spinning. I ordered 2 birria quesatacos and a Jarrito’s tamarind soda and thankfully waited less than 5 minutes for the food to be delivered to my table. The tacos were full of beef and cheese and the extra sauce on the side had lots of flavor. This place is great value for the money, serves delicious food, is clean, and has a great vibe. Really glad I stopped by on my trip out here. Definitely check it out.“

“SF East Bay (Livermore). Delicious food at a clean place beside a gas station! We got:* shrimp wet burrito - good and generous in size* tripa gringa - they definitely earned plus points from me when they asked if I wanted the tripa crispy or soft! Tasty and it was overflowing with meat too.* tamarind drink - my new favorite Mexican drink, loved this* horchata - always good and their version was the right amount of sweetnessBtw, they also have complimentary chips. We'll definitely be back to try their other menu items!“
“I wish I could give this place 10 stars!!! Everything on the menu is amazing, however the tri tip sandwich is an absolute stand out. The meat is so tender and seasoned to perfection and the roll is soft yet stays together. Eric definitely knows what he's doing on that grill.“

“Rudy sold the place or partnered. He's no longer manning the counter and hanging up phones for call in orders. The place is cleaned up with fresh paint and a little update. The kitchen staff is still the same crew. The menu is the same. The service is faster. The food is sorta the same. The hot sauce is still spicy Buuut there is something missing. Something a little different. The taste of the food and hot sauce is just slightly not the same. The hard taco shell is not the same. Food isn't as salty. But not as yummy as I remember it. My daily go to will bow be reduced to periodic.“

“Finally was able to try this place out. Had lunch here with my mom on a Saturday. Since we were in the area we decided to eat here. It's my first time trying this place and I enjoyed my experience. Service here is attentive and quick. Food is good and they give huge portions for the price. The complimentary salsa and chips were delicious. We love their chips here, tastes so good and fresh. I ordered the steak enchilada and steak taco as a combo plate that comes with rice and beans. The food here did not disappoint! Overall, great food and service!“

“Almost utem on the menu here is excellent. The best items are the Del Taco, Del Combo Beef Burrito and Taco Salad. The tostadas and nachos are also really good. Finally, the soft tacos are tasty as well- chicken or beef. This place is better than Taco Bell because the quality of the food is fresher and superior.“

“We went to la Estrella first. It was so crowded then we came here. We were the only family there at first. Once we sat another family came then 1 more families. So quiet n so much space. I really liked it. Great food. Ordered tacos, fajita and casadilla for my daughter.Kid-friendliness: The wall art.“

“My broham, Rick Carter turned on my broseph to this place and all I can say is wow. The food is delectable and the prices are great. Their burritos are the best in San Joaquin and Alameda County.Vegetarian options: They have vegetarian options but they make the food so tasty that the animals would die happy knowing they were being served like this place does.Parking: Corner lot, lots of room for parking. The only gripe I have with the place is their candy vending machines are kinda chintzy in terms of the amount of candy you actually get.Kid-friendliness: It's a restaurant, not a playground. Little brats should be seen and not heardWheelchair accessibility: Prolly. Sidehacks for sure“

“This is a Hole in the Wall, Family Restaurant. Great service and friendly staff. Fantastic food and wide selection of options. Almost like they are welcoming you into their personal kitchen. Convenient location with easy access to major freeways. Seating (indoor or out) for about 18. Might be able to tightly squeeze a group of 30 inside, only if you can find enough chairs - and don't tell the Fire Marshall. If I was just driving by, I wouldn't stop, but don't make that mistake. We spent about $8 per person. Met friends here for lunch. Highly recommend. Will stop here again when I'm in the area.“

“Strolled through here on the way down. I wanted Mexican food and they had good reviews. Ordered 4 queso birria's with everything on up and a jamaica for about $23. It was pretty delicious if you ask me. And they even asked if I wanted chips and salsa with my take out order which not a lot of places do I feel like. However, I did wait probably about 15 minutes for my order which granted it was lunch time. But still worth the wait. Would come back if I was in the area.“
