“This place was damn delicious! Stopping in from now on whenever I pass through town. Got the Reyna Seafood tostada and it could easy feed two or 3. Michilada came with like 6 shrimp. Pulled 4 different salsas from the salsa bar and all delicious. I'm a big fan!“

I had an excellent experience at the Manteca Ono Hawaiian BBQ thanks to Manager Marisa. I accidentally placed an online order for the Modesto location, and when I contacted the Modesto store, they were unable to help me resolve the issue. Since I was already in Manteca and couldn’t drive all the way to Modesto to pick up the order, I was very frustrated.
Marisa went above and beyond to assist me. She took the time to understand the situation and helped me get a refund for the order, even though it had been placed at a different location. Her professionalism, kindness, and willingness to help turned a stressful situation into a positive experience.
Outstanding customer service like this is rare, and Marisa truly deserves recognition. Thank you for your patience and dedication to helping customers. I’ll definitely continue supporting the Manteca location because of service like this! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟“
