“Cured is a true gem! This is a small, intimate restaurant with an excellent eye for detail and quality. The owners, Franny and Joe are culinary and service experts, and put so much effort into creating memorable dining experiences. The cuisine is Japanese adjacent with a west coast twist. I loved the halibut sashimi. It was dressed with extra virgin olive oil, and this really brought out the fat of the halibut and was so savory and balanced. Go treat yourself! <3“

“If you just want the best Fish and Chips in the valley or for that matter, anywhere in the bay area, look no further. The ambience is humble but their frying would make any fishmonger proud. Have had Fish and Chips everywhere I go, but this place is simply the best. They do not overuse oil and the color of the Fish and Chips is yellow not brown. Tastes as great as it looks.“

Parking: Parking lot is a good size but could still be a problem if it was busy. It wasn't busy when I was there so parking was great.“

“This was our second time to the Livermore Strizzi's and all four of our party found our meals to be both tasty and a good value. Coming before 6 pm, the restaurant offered a free soup or salad with an entrée and a half price dessert, an excellent value as both he soups and the salads were as delicious as the main courses. I started with the house salad with tomatoes and crispy bacon and a perfect vinaigrette. My entrée was the cheese raviolis in a delicious tomato cream sauce. I sopped up every drop of that sauce with my bread. The raviolis were perfectly cooked. The bread pudding was a pleasant surprise with an excellent caramel sauce. YUM The service was excellent and our waiter was very attentive.“

“We stopped here driving through one time and have made the trip back several times. California has some fantastic Mexican food but this is my personal favorite. What keeps me coming back? Their salsa bar is SO GOOD. I even buy a tub of their green salsa to take home. Also of note, every burrito my family has tried has been exceptional. It also helps that they have fantastic service. “Great atmosphere, serving staff is friendly and on point with ensuring you have what you desire and the food was phenomenal. I had the lamb chops with mint jelly and sautéed spinach. Lamb chop cooked perfectly that it melt in your mouth with tons of flavor. My raspberry lemon drop was a bit on the strong side but when I made mention they remedied it by adding a little more simple syrup … perfect.“

/ management. Same bar similar atmosphere yet much nicer and cleaner. The food, though, is much better despite a relatively small menu. The burger is one of the best burgers I have had in a very long time. I now must stop for one every time I'm in town.“
