“I've been meaning to write a review about this little hole in the wall since my last road trip and am finally getting around to it ... If I could order something right now and have it delivered by drone I'd do it. We tried the ceviche, the oysters stuffed with ceviche, homemade tortillas (drooling now) and some shrimp enchiladas with their house green sauce. Holy freaking guacamole (also delicious), I wish I lived near this joint as the not only is the food bomb but the staff are all super down to earth and friendly. This will be a must stop on every trip up to the P.N.W from here forward. 5 Stars & 5 Hearts all day long“
“I have eaten in lots of Mexican restaurants. But not many like Las Islitas, which is mainly focused on seafood. Yes! They have very delicious seafood and amicable customer service. The drinks at Las Islitas are excellent, with reasonable prices. Perfect match with the yummy seafood dishes here. The dining room in Las Islitas is vast and suitable for the live band show interaction with the customers. I come to Galt many times, and Las Islitas is one of the restaurants I like the most.“
“Went there for the first time on Monday. Had the "Caldo de Chacal Mixto". It was a pleasant surprise how good it was. Perfectly seasoned. It has one Chacal which is basically a giant prawn. It also had regular shrimp, octopus, and chunks of fish. It also comes with veggies like zucchini and carrots. We were provided hand made tortillas which is always a plus. They place is kind of small, but it wasn't crowded that day. We talked to the owner, and he's a very pleasant and attentive.“
“This food truck has quenched my need for refreshing food! Galt has some really good food spots, unfortunately they lack fresh food options in many places. Summer is coming and having something that is cool, refreshing, and tasty is going to be a priority. I'm so happy with my first visit here. I had the tostada camarón it was so good and spicy! They are cash only and parking can be a little weird but worth it!“
