I love this dutch bros never once had a problem with any of my drinks or employees but what i will say is whoever the franchise owner is you need to do better and don't only have 2 people working the closing shift ! Knowing damn well how packed it gets the poor employees get so overwhelmed with people in the drive thru and at the window so whoever makes the employees schedules you need to add at least 2 more people to the closing shift, have some compassion for your employees...read full review
1st visit- We had a great experience at this Dutch Bros. Young lady taking our order was so nice and cheerful. She gave my dog a whip cup and biscuit. So nice of her. Drinks were pretty good. 2nd visit- There were only 2 workers so of course with this place being popular, there was a line. PEOPLE!!!! Be patient with them. That Shamrock kicker was so freaking good! But, let me tell you, I'm writing this review just to share how awesome their customer service is. I went there on March 8th, and the girls working there were very nice and understanding, especially the girl who took my order.
