I love this place, but every time my wife orders through the app they make us park in the front to wait for our order and there is no one there. So only order when you get there or they might make you park in the front for no reason.
I ordered by mobile app. Vanilla crm cld brw with extra cream. What I actually got just a cold brew no sweet cream. Worse part there was no line, I would understand if they were slammed but that didn’t appear to be the cause.

I normally go to the starbucks on Ward, but today I decided to go to the one on Speno and after my great experience with Susan, I will always be coming to this one. She was such a sweetheart. She encouraged me to log into my starbucks app and reassured me that she didn't mind waiting. (I hadn't realized I was logged out and was just going to pay with my card.)
