Ordered a caramel macchiato, pretty much a cup of milk with syrup. No taste of coffee what so ever to be found.Disappointed. Won’t be coming back here ever again.

Lord help these people figure out how to clean and stock a bathroom! This was hands down the all time FILTHIEST Starbucks bathroom I have EVER seen! If I worked here I wouldn't use it!!! No TP, no seat covers, every square inch of it was filthy, ancient soap dispenser discarded in the corner on the floor! UGH!!! Apparently Management is clueless here! ?

I tried to take my kids (11 & 15 yrs) for the white peppermint hot cocoa just to get some drinks that tasted like burnt milk with wipped cream and peppermint on top. When I said one of the drink tasted like burnt milk. The person in drive thru couldn't believe I was complaining and sarcastically said you want them to remake it or something and then rolled his eyes. Complete waste of our money and our time.

Friendly and nice staff they had a wide selection of cups and even some on sale. Picked up a cakepop and some cup was in and out in a few minutes.
Best starbs I've ever gone too. My order is always correct and the wait is never more than 5 minutes

Terrible customer service. Made an online order in our way to the store and they wanted us to wait in a 40 minute drive thru line to pick it up. Tried to have the manager cancel our order and got irate with us saying that can't do it because of a hazard. Terrible service from Starbucks. Won't be stopping by on our trips down south anymore.

I normally go to the starbucks on Ward, but today I decided to go to the one on Speno and after my great experience with Susan, I will always be coming to this one. She was such a sweetheart. She encouraged me to log into my starbucks app and reassured me that she didn't mind waiting. (I hadn't realized I was logged out and was just going to pay with my card.) Prior to this I ordered a chocolate croissant that they unfortunately didn't have and she gave me great other options to choose from!
