Wow, very excellent service! They let customers know when their order is getting started & each item. Very communicative & engaged, seem like good environment for staff & customers.
Unfortunately couldn’t get the Wifi connection because of your somewhat strict rules! However ended coffee on Monday while returning from Yosemite sanctuary!
This is the first time I’ve ever left a negative review. I strongly request that Shelly be dismissed.

Starbucks Coffee Company in Merced County is described as the best and most efficient location. The staff is consistently friendly, incredibly quick, and treats customers like family. If any issues arise, they step in to resolve them immediately. The welcoming atmosphere is great, and the coffee is always made correct. The banana bread always hits the spot. One customer enjoyed a Venti Shaken Espresso, blonde, ristretto shots, x heavy cream, white mocha and caramel drizzle, calling it heaven. The location is praised for being the most consistent in quality and customer service. The baristas are supportive, and positivity radiates throughout the cafe. The service is friendly and helpful, with tasty pumpkin pepita bread and cake pops. The coffee is spot on, and the music and seating create a pleasing atmosphere.
