Placed an order thru DoorDash, order came entirely wrong. My husband called to inform them to let them know. I can’t eat avocados due to an allergic reaction that I experience, neither can my child. BOTH TORTAS had avocados. Lady who initially answered was NOT listening, repeated the order issues 3/4 times, she wasn’t grasping. Became combative, wasn’t letting my husband talk. Great customer service! Apart from their delicious pan dulce, I purchased my wedding cake from them. It was really well done for a reasonable price and delicious! The cake baker/decorator did a really good job.
