I can't believe I have never tried Brooks Ranch until now. I figured it was to expensive, and had the same old boring food. My first time was about 2 weeks ago and I've been back twice since lol. The Ribs are out of this world tender juicy and the BBQ sauce is perfectly sweet. The Texas buger...OMG I could only eat half. I really liked that you have choices for sides that included potatoe salad not just fries. The employees are so sweet, patient and honestly helpful with suggestions, they even remembered us and what we ordered from previous visit. The prices are crazy cheap which at first had me thinking " the foods no good" not only is the food delicious, it has that home cooked flavor that I have been searching for.
