I went to order something I normally order. I believe it was the owner of the restaurant scanned a free offer for Frozen drink. He asked me to scan it a second time but once he scanned it went away on my app. So then he charges me for a small drink when I did not order one. I asked him why is my order higher he said it's because of the free drink. I paid for it so I can get my receipt and understand what he did to my order.

Burger looked like it was ripped in half on both burgers and on one of them the cheese looked as if it was sitting out and reheated with the bubbles forming on it. For how much the food cost this is a shock .

My boyfriend comes in for a milkshake, manager claims “I don’t see it!!!!” And refuses to make it/refund/ or even check the confirmation number…and claims they never got the order, rolls his eyes and acting super unprofessional for what, a milkshake?Makes his two employees deal with him.
Are you for real? Tries to MAKE him leave, instead of I dunno, checking the confirmation…So another ten minutes pass, this dude then tries to show my boyfriend a screenshot that’s Extremely small and rolled his eyes. He finally checks, and wow! There’s the confirmation, and all my boyfriend wanted to know - instead of blatantly not wanting to help and trying to make people leave. All my boyfriend wanted to do was to check if the order went through or declined, which wow! That’s what happens when you check the confirmation! what a management. 😐 JUST CHECK THE CONFIRMATION NUMBER The younger employees were more professional than the manager 👌
