We’ve been having lunch at China House for many years and have always enjoyed the food, but our most recent visit will unfortunately be our last. The food on the buffet was noticeably cold, and while eating a pork dumpling I realized halfway through that the center was completely raw. On my way to the restroom, I also saw a cockroach crawling across the hallway. When it came time to pay, their internet was down and they ran our card multiple times before asking if we had cash. When the card still wouldn’t process, they asked to write down the card information, which we were not comfortable with, so I had to walk to a nearby bank for cash while my mother waited at the restaurant. Between the unsafe food, visible pests, and how the situation was handled, we no longer feel comfortable dining here.

We have been going to China House for years. Always loved the food. We moved a few years back and have not been here in a couple years. Unfortunately, todays visit was not enjoyable. The food was cold and was not even close to as good as it used to be. Im sorry to say it but it was terrible. We will not be going back! The service is always great and the atmosphere is nice and is clean. But the food was not good at all!!

Food was disgusting chow mein and fried rice was hard as a rock,still 2 hrs till closing and buffet hardly had any food and lady said that was all the food terrible service

The food was not good; most of it was cold and looked liked it had been sitting out for a long time. The pans for some of the main items such as rice and noodles were empty; had to ask for them and there was a five minute wait. A few hours after eating the food, my stomach felt queasy.

My family has gone here for years, anyone can have an off day, I've never had one here. The food is great, I can take the buffet to go & still order things not at the buffet at the same time. The portions are well worth the money.
Parking: In front of restaurant, across the street & a parking lot (free) across the street.
Kid-friendliness: Plenty of places to sit the kids, they have high chair seats, special items on menu for kids.
Wheelchair accessibility: Easy to get in & out & they help dish you up if you want.

Sad because I used to come here as a kid literally every week with my mom and my sisters, I am a grown adult now with my own family and I wanted to bring them here for the same great experiences.. but it’s just not the same anymore.. then again it was like 10 years ago when I was a kid coming here.. I think their getting old or something idk but I’ve been there with my family twice in the past 2 months to dine in for dinner and both times they made us feel like we are being rushed to leave because they would give us our Check within 15 minutes into eating, while we are in the middle of taking a bite of food they walk up and place the check without asking if we are ready for it. Everyone may think differently but I took it as a “Hurry up and finish so you can pay and leave” also in the past when they didn’t have grilled cheese out on the buffet they would actually make them for you if you just asked them to, now they won’t do it anymore and they tell you it’s only for lunch hours. Another thing is that the food lacks flavor as well compared to when I would come as a kid.
